On Monday, March 31, both Mpath and 7th Level announced that 7th Level's 3D multiplayer game, G-Nome will be available on the Mplayer service later this spring. Since G-Nome is such an intense game that can't afford any slow down, the Mplayer service will house this game just fine. Mpath claims that their service is the fastest, friendliest, multiplayer internet service. Other key features that are available to Mplayer user aside from being fast and friendly, is the ability to communicate with other online players via a real-time voice chat room. Of course the service also provides a text based chat room too. Along with G-Nome, 7th Level also agreed that their upcoming title, Dominion will also be available on the Mplayer service later this summer. Dominion is going to be a top-down real-time strategy much like the popular Warcraft and Command & Conquer games. Both games will be available on Mplayer's "Free Zone" and will probably get much attention when finally released on the service. |
